Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order for a full refund anytime before it ships. Once your order is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible — but you can still initiate a return once your parcel arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on items in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at Support@Hetrios.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
  2. Receive instructions and the return address from our team.
  3. Pack your item(s) securely in original packaging, including all accessories and documents.
  4. Ship your return using the instructions provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Return initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and inserts included
  • Proof of purchase provided
  • Do not return items directly to the manufacturer

Return Shipping

  • Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong or defective item, we’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
  • Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, we’ll refund your purchase, but return shipping is your responsibility. No restocking fees apply.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Method: Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or statement
  • Contact your bank or card issuer (processing delays may occur)

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return and refund under the same conditions as full-priced items.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order. For help, email Support@Hetrios.com and we’ll guide you through it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at Support@Hetrios.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
