  • All products purchased from Hetrios are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

2. What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty stitching, defective components, or broken parts upon arrival).
  • Items that do not function as intended under normal use.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) that does not affect functionality.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation not performed according to instructions.

4. Warranty Claim Process

Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will:

5. Shipping Costs

  • Approved Warranty Claims: Hetrios covers return shipping costs for defective items.
  • Non-Warranty Cases: If the issue is not covered under warranty, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Extended Manufacturer’s Warranty

Some products may include an additional manufacturer’s warranty. If applicable, details will be provided in the product packaging or description.
