These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hetrios.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Hetrios is a brand operated by OXIZO COMMERCE LLC, a Colorado limited liability company located at 900 Bonita Dr, Aspen, CO 81611.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Products and product information
We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors, dimensions, and minor design details may vary slightly from images shown. Specifications and pricing may change without notice.
Hetrios products are wellness devices, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Statements made on this Site have not been evaluated by the FDA. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, use a pacemaker or other implanted device, or are recovering from an injury, consult a healthcare provider before use.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund the full amount.
Pricing and promotions
All prices are in US Dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Promotional pricing is limited to the offer period and stock on hand. We don't offer price adjustments on prior purchases unless required by law. Promotional codes can't be combined unless explicitly stated.
Payment
Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and supported third-party gateways. We never receive or store your full payment card details. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge it for the amount of your order.
Shipping, returns, and warranty
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including the Hetrios name, logo, product designs, photography, copy, and code — is owned by OXIZO COMMERCE LLC or its licensors and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site for commercial use without written permission.
User content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to us or through the Site, you grant Hetrios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site, our products, and our marketing. You confirm that the content is yours to submit and doesn't violate anyone else's rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any law or third-party right
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with the Site's operation or security
- Scrape, mirror, or harvest content without permission
- Resell our products without authorization
Disclaimer of warranties

Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify OXIZO COMMERCE LLC against any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any formal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@hetrios.com. Any unresolved claim shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pitkin County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date below reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
